- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1/2 lb. sweet Italian Sausage
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lb. linguine
- 3 tb. salt
- fennel seed
- lemon
- parsley
Directions
