  • 3 TB. sweet butter
  • 2 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1/2 lb. sweet Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 3 tb. salt
  • fennel seed
  • lemon
  • parsley
