- 2 c. cooked linguine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, cut in pieces (optional)
- 1 c. raw broccoli flowerets
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions

1Cook linguine as directed on package.

2In frypan or wok, place olive oil, garlic and onion (if desired).

3Add broccoli flowerets and soy sauce.

4Cook until broccoli is slightly soft.

5Pour cooked veggies over linguine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
