  • 1/2 cups Dijon Mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 whole Shallots
  • 1-1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Canola Oil

Directions

    Mix mustard, pepper, salt, and shallots in a food processor. Process until you have a paste. Then slowly add vinegar into the processor, and then add the oils to emulsify. Continue processing until everything is combined.

    Yummy served with foccacia bread.
