- 3/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 whole Shallots
- 1-1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 cups Olive Oil
- 2 cups Canola Oil
Directions

1Mix mustard, pepper, salt, and shallots in a food processor. Process until you have a paste. Then slowly add vinegar into the processor, and then add the oils to emulsify. Continue processing until everything is combined.
