- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 c. cooked rice (preferably brown)
- 1 egg white (remove yolk)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
