- 2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 8 oz. lite cream cheese
- 2 c. lite Cool Whip
- 1 c. cherry pie filling
Directions

1Spray 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan or 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2Sprinkle bottom and sides with graham cracker crumbs.

3Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, pour into blender container; add cottage cheese and cream cheese.

4Blend at medium speed about 2 minutes or until completely smooth.

5Pour into large bowl.

6Gently stir in thawed Cool Whip.

7Pour into prepared pan.

8Chill until set (4 hours).

9When ready to serve, top with pie filling.
