Litte Shrimp Pastries

  • 6 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 4 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 50 g aged cheese, grated
  • 50 g dutch shrimp (brown)

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.

    Defrost the puff pastry and cut them into squares approximately 5x5 cm.

    Butter a cupcake pan and press two squares in each hole.

    (Put them so that they form little starts, with the second square 1/8th turned towards the other square.)

    Be sure to stretch them a little bit so that the hole is covered nicely.

    Whisk in a bowl the eggs with the pesto, cream and cheese.

    Divide the mixture over the puff pastry cups.

    Now, put as much shrimps as you like in every cup.

    Cook the pastries for about 15 minutes.
