- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 box (approximately) vanilla wafers, crushed
- cherry pie filling
Directions

1Blend cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla.

2Use mixer.

3Put paper cups in a tassie pan.

4Cover bottom of cup with crushed wafers (approximately 1/2 teaspoon).

5Add cheese cake mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

6Centers will fall when taken out. When cool, top with cherry pie filling.

7Makes about 48 cheese cakes.
