  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 box (approximately) vanilla wafers, crushed
  • cherry pie filling

    Blend cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla.

    Use mixer.

    Put paper cups in a tassie pan.

    Cover bottom of cup with crushed wafers (approximately 1/2 teaspoon).

    Add cheese cake mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Centers will fall when taken out. When cool, top with cherry pie filling.

    Makes about 48 cheese cakes.
