  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Mix until creamy.

    Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of foil muffin cup.

    Fill 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until firm.

    Top with cherry pie filling.
