- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- vanilla wafers
- pie filling (your choice)
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.

2Add eggs; beat again.

3Put cupcake papers into cupcake pan.

4Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper.

5Top with large tablespoon of filling.

6Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

7Cool.

8Top each cheesecake with the pie filling of your choice.

9Chill completely.
