- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drain juice and save
- 1/2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Make yellow cake mix according to directions, but instead of water use 1 tablespoon pineapple juice.

2In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and pineapple and put a little in each muffin pan. Pour the cake mixture batter over pineapple mixture, no more than 2/3 full.

3Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.

4Invert at once. Makes 24 muffin cups.
