  • 3 Hass avocadoes (2 cups mashed)
  • 14 cup raw agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons raw agave nectar
  • 14 cup raw cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons raw almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg or 1 pinch cardamom
  • 12 teaspoon flavoring such as mint, cherry, orange, almond, hazelnut (optional) or 12 teaspoon coffee (optional)

Directions

    Puree all ingredients in food processor 3 to 4 minutes, or until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally.

    Transfer to bowls, and serve immediately.
