  • 3/4 to 1 lb. liver (beef)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. green sweet pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour or 1/4 c. cracker crumbs

    Grind liver or

    put in blender.

    (Don't overload blender.) I put egg, onion, pepper

    seasonings in, after liver.

    Add flour.

    Place by tablespoons in

    hot

    greased skillet.

    Serve with catsup or barbecue sauce, if desired.
