  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 lb. chicken livers
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • crackers

    Saute butter and diced onion.

    Combine with liver and seasonings; steam 1/2 hour.

    Add eggs and mayonnaise.
