- 1 lb. calf liver
- flour, salt and pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. burgundy wine
Directions

1Dredge pieces of liver with flour and seasonings.

2Brown gently on both sides in butter.

3Make sauce by blending together the last four ingredients.

4Pour over liver and cook 25 minutes on very low heat.

5Place on hot serving platter, top with the sauce and serve.
