    Cook sugar, water and Karo to soft ball stage.

    Pour half of this over beaten egg whites.

    Boil rest to hard ball stage.

    Pour over egg whites and beat well.

    It is ready when holds shape.

    (If don't have candy thermometer, cook until spins thread and add it all at one time.)
