- 1 1/2 lb. ground liver
- 2 eggs (beat first)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 small onions
- 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- chicken stock
Directions

1Mix liver, eggs, bread crumbs and flour.

2Saute onions in butter; add onions to mixture.

3Roll liver balls in flour.

4Cook in hot chicken broth for 20 minutes with lid off.

5Add egg noodles when dumplings are just about boiling in broth.

6Do not drain broth.
