  • 1 lb. chicken liver (or any other liver you like)
  • 4 to 5 rolls or bread
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper
