Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef liver
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. stock
Directions

1Cover liver with hot water; simmer 5 minutes.

2Drain liquid and reserve for stock.

3Put liver and onion through food chopper using medium blade.

4Add remaining ingredients except bacon to the ground liver mixture.

5Form into loaf in a 5 x 9-inch pan.

6Top with bacon slices.

7Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
