  • 1 pound chicken liver
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 hard-boiled Large eggs, minced

Directions

    Cook chicken livers with water covered, bring to boil and pour off water, add in soup to 1 c. water.

    Cook till water is absorbed, mash liver and add in the rest of the ingredients, chill.
