Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 small minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. salad dressing
- juice from sauteed livers
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Saute chicken livers in about 2 tablespoons of margarine until tender (don't overcook).

2Season with enough garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste while cooking.

3Mash while still quite warm. Mash hard-boiled egg and add to mashed chicken livers.

4Moisten with juice from sauteed livers and add dash of Worcestershire sauce, minced onion and about 1 tablespoon of salad dressing for moistness.

5Refrigerate about 1/2 hour until ready to serve.

6Can also be frozen and kept for 2 days.
