Liver with Vegetables

  • 1 pound Liver
  • 2 Tablespoons Sunflower (or Any Oil You Like Best)
  • 1 Carrot, Cut Into Strips
  • 1 Sweet Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Marrow (A Type Of Gourd Or Squash), Peeled And Diced
  • 1 Onion, Cut Into Half-rings
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 bunch Dill Chopped
  • Salt And Black Pepper To Your Taste

Directions

    First dice the liver about 1 cm thick.

    Put the liver pieces on an oiled preheated skillet and sear for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring from time to time.

    After 10 minutes, add the prepared vegetables to the skillet in the following order: carrot, sweet pepper, marrow (a type of gourd or squash) and onion.

    Pour in the water, cover and stew on low heat for 10 minutes.

    Add the tomato paste and dill.

    Salt and continue cooking for 5 minutes more.

    Add the black pepper to taste.
