- 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 (12 oz.) cans non-fat evaporated milk
- 3 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. brandy extract
- nutmeg
Directions

1Blend egg substitute on medium speed for one minute.

2Add liquid sweetener, vanilla and one can evaporated milk.

3Blend for one minute.

4Add 1 can evaporated milk, 3 cups skim milk and 1 tablespoon brandy extract.

5Sprinkle with nutmeg.

6Chill 24 hours. One 8 ounce serving = 72 calories and 1/2 g. fat.
