- 1 pkg. French-cut mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, broccoli and celery; store brand such as A&P or Delchamps are great for this!)
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
- olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic or to taste
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 large can mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh, sliced
- 1 large onion
Directions

1Cook spaghetti and drain.

2Saute mixed vegetables in small amount of olive oil along with any other fresh vegetables you care to add.

3If using fresh tomatoes, add just before serving.

4Add garlic, salt and pepper.

5Mix in cooked spaghetti and about 2 tablespoons sesame oil and teriyaki sauce.
