- 8 (2 1/2-inch) sq. graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp. melted Weight Watchers margarine
- 3 c. sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 c.wtaer
- 1 small sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- 8 pkg. Equal
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Spray pie pan with Pam.

2Make graham cracker crumbs and mix with margarine, cinnamon and 2 Equal.

3Press into pie pan.

4Bake 5 minutes at 350°.

5Mix water and cornstarch.

6Bring to boil (don't boil) and set aside.

7Into hot mixture, add Jell-O.

8When mixture cools, add 6 packages Equal.

9Put aside and cool 30 minutes.

10Add strawberries and pour into baked and cooled crust.

11Chill.

12Makes 4 servings.

13Each serving equals 1 fruit, 1 bread, 3/4 fat and 38 additional calories.
