Lo-Cal Strawberry Pie

  • 8 (2 1/2-inch) sq. graham crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. melted Weight Watchers margarine
  • 3 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c.wtaer
  • 1 small sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 8 pkg. Equal
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Spray pie pan with Pam.

    Make graham cracker crumbs and mix with margarine, cinnamon and 2 Equal.

    Press into pie pan.

    Bake 5 minutes at 350°.

    Mix water and cornstarch.

    Bring to boil (don't boil) and set aside.

    Into hot mixture, add Jell-O.

    When mixture cools, add 6 packages Equal.

    Put aside and cool 30 minutes.

    Add strawberries and pour into baked and cooled crust.
