- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. minced onion (real onion)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 c. hot chicken broth
- 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 c. lobster, shrimp and crab meat
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cream
- salt and cayenne pepper to taste
- white wine
Directions

1Melt butter; saute onion.

2Stir in flour and paste.

3(Wondra flour best.)

4Have broth ready, on low flame.

5Stir until thick (not lumpy).

6Stir in fish; simmer 10 minutes.

7Stir in milk and cream.

8Season with salt, cayenne and wine.

9(Never let it bubbly boil.)
