- 3 lb. squash (yellow)
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 onion or chive, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook sliced squash in 2 cups water until tender.

2Drain and mash squash and drain again.

3Add 1/2 stick oleo (melted), 2 beaten eggs and 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese and mix.
