- 1 can flaky refrigerator biscuits (10 to a can)
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 small jar raspberry preserves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Separate biscuits and cut each one in half horizontally.

3Dip each half in melted butter on both sides and then in cinnamon-sugar mix.

4Place half a biscuit in lightly greased muffin cups or on a cookie sheet.

5Place 1/2 teaspoon preserves in the center of each and cover with other biscuit half.
