- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Griffin's Crystal White Syrup
- flavoring extract
- food coloring
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup, and 1/2 c. of water in a saucepan. Set candy thermometer in pan.

2Cook without stirring until the thermometer reads 300°.

3Add flavoring and coloring, stirring only enough to mix.

4If different flavorings and colorings are desired, pour the hot candy into separate warm pans.

5Arrange wooden sticks about 2 inches apart in a shallow buttered pan.

6Pour a little candy over the top of each stick.

7When cold, wrap each lollipop in waxed paper.

8Makes about 1 pound.
