- 6 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. +/- finely chopped onion
Directions

1Peel, cut and boil potatoes 20 to 25 minutes.

2Drain well. While the potatoes are warm, beat in the other ingredients.

3Bake in 2-quart covered casserole at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
