  • 10 to 12 large potatoes
  • 6 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. +/- finely chopped onion

Directions

    Peel, cut and boil potatoes 20 to 25 minutes.

    Drain well. While the potatoes are warm, beat in the other ingredients.

    Bake in 2-quart covered casserole at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
