- 8 oz. fresh or frozen crab meat
- 5 medium potatoes (Irish)
- 2 medium onions
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- approximately 2 qt. water
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Spread on paper towels and set aside.

3Chop potatoes and onion in small amount of water, stirring occasionally.

4Chop crab meat and add to mixture.

5Add balance of water, seasoning and sour cream.

6Cook until vegetables are done. Make paste from flour and small amount of water.

7Add to soup mixture and cook.

8Add crumbled bacon last.

9Serve with crackers.
