- 6 c. milk
- 4 c. cream or evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Do beat eggs in a heavy large pan.

2After well beaten, gradually add sugar while continuing to beat.

3Beat until light (a while).

4Add 6 cups of milk.

5Cook until boils.

6Add cream after you pour mixture into ice cream mixer.

7Add vanilla and salt.

8Let cool by standing in cool water.

9Freeze.
