- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine butter, sugars and salt; blend well.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

3Stir in vanilla, flour, cream and pecans.

4Pour mixture into pie shell.

5Bake in a moderate 375° oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
