Lovely Cheesecake

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Blend cream cheese well; add eggs and sugar, mixing well, scraping bowl.

   Add vanilla and cream, beating about 15 minutes (the longer the mixing the higher the cake).

   Add mixture to graham cracker crust.

   Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or until done.

   Then leave in oven for 1 hour more with heat off (put pan of water in oven with cake).
