Low-Cal Oven Fried Fish

  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. finely crushed cornflakes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 fillets of flounder, sole or red snapper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Combine milk, salt, Worcesteshire sauce and onion in medium bowl.

    Mix together the cornflakes, parsley, mustard and paprika on wax paper.

    Dip the fish in the milk mixture and then in the crumb mixture.

    Grease a shallow baking dish with 1/2 tablespoon butter.

    Arrange fish fillets in dish.

    Drizzle the remaining butter over the fish.

    Bake in 500° oven until fish flakes, 15 to 20 minutes.
