- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely crushed cornflakes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 fillets of flounder, sole or red snapper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine milk, salt, Worcesteshire sauce and onion in medium bowl.

2Mix together the cornflakes, parsley, mustard and paprika on wax paper.

3Dip the fish in the milk mixture and then in the crumb mixture.

4Grease a shallow baking dish with 1/2 tablespoon butter.

5Arrange fish fillets in dish.

6Drizzle the remaining butter over the fish.

7Bake in 500° oven until fish flakes, 15 to 20 minutes.
