Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz flank or top round
  • 2 cup broccoli
  • 1 can coconut oil spray
  • 1/2 onion sliced thinly
  • 1 pinch salt/pepper
  • 1 pickled ginger
  • 1 wasabi
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • 3 dash soy sauce

    Heat your wok on medium high while prepping ingredients

    Spray two small dashes of coconut oil
  3. 3
    Quickly add beef and toss around
  4. 4
    Next add sliced onion and broccoli
  5. 5
    While tossing around add your small pinches of garlic and ginger powder, and salt and pepper

    Add small dashes of soy sauce
  7. 7
    Place in bowl over brown rice if you like ( i ate w/o rice).

    Place a small portion of picked ginger on one side and a small.amount of wasabi for dipping on the opposite side..
