- 1 Cup flour
- 2/3 Cup sugar
- 1/4 Cup cocoa
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 Cup skim or 2% milk
- 1/2 Cup orange juice
- 1/2 Cup oil
Directions

1Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda.

2Combine milk, orange juice and oil.

3Stir into dry ingredients.

4Pour mixture into a 13 X 9 inch pan.

5Bake at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes.

6When cool cut in to squares.
