  • boneless chicken breasts (as many as needed)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Line pan with foil; place chicken breasts in pan.

    Add seasoning on chicken; cover with foil.

    Put a little water around foil but not on chicken.

    Bake at 450° for 1 hour or until tender. Melts in your mouth and low-fat too!
