- 2 c. corn meal
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. low-fat yogurt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.

3In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Combine the ingredients of the two bowls and gently stir only until they are completely mixed.

4Turn into a lightly oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.

5Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Good with fried or baked fish.
