- 1 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
Directions

1In a bowl, beat the eggs well.

2Add the cottage cheese, grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Gently toss the macaroni into the mixture.

5Generously grease an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

6Add the macaroni mixture.

7Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 1 hour.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
