  • 3/4 to 1 Cup Fruit - Strawberries, Blackberries, Peaches, etc.
  • Chopped in small cubes
  • 1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Artificial Sweetener
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Frozen Apple Concentrate Juice

Directions

    Cook 3 to 4 minutes on high.

    Sprinkle 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin in cooked fruit, dissolve and cool.
