1Press sausage into 8 muffin tins, pressing up sides and pressing into bottom edges.

2Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

3Break an egg into sausage cups and return to oven for 15 minutes.

4Place 1/2 slice American cheese over each cup and return to oven for 1 more minute.
