- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
- egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds.

3Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray (round pan, 9 x 1 1/2-inches or square pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches or 10-inch ovenproof skillet).

4Bake until golden brown, 25 minutes.
