  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 T. dry buttermilk mix
  • 2/3 c. water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl; add oil and milk. Knead dough until mixed. Pat down dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut biscuits. Bake on a cookie sheet at 450° until brown.
