- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 egg whites
- 1 c. low-fat or nonfat yogurt
- cherry pie filling, strawberries, cut up peaches or other fruit
Directions

1Combine cracker crumbs and margarine in bowl with 1/2 cup sugar.

2Press on bottom and up 2 1/2-inches of side of 8-inch spring-form pan, set aside.

3In bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy.

4Beat in egg whites.

5Blend in yogurt.

6Spread in pan with graham cracker crust.

7Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven.

8Leaving door slightly ajar, leave cheesecake in oven 1 hour.

9Remove from oven and cool completely.

10Chill 4 hours or overnight.

11Remove side of pan; top with fruit.

12Slice and serve.
