- 1 small carton low-fat sour cream or small carton low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 box plain or seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, deboned
- 1 small box sliced mushrooms
- 1 stick lo-cal margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare chicken breasts.

4Roll the chicken breasts in the sour cream or yogurt.

5Roll the chicken breasts next in the bread crumb mixture. Place in foil pan; cover with sliced mushrooms.

6Dot tops with lo-cal butter (may wish to use less than the whole stick).

7Bake for 1 hour, covered.
