Low-Fat Chiffon Pie

  • 1 pkg. Emes lemon or lime Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. lemon or lime pudding and pie filling (not instant)
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) container light Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

    Cook Jell-O and pudding mix with water until thick.

    Cool in pan until room temperature.

    Do not allow to set hard.

    Fold Cool Whip into mixture and pour into graham cracker crust.

    Chill and serve with lemon or lime slices on top.
