- 1 pkg. Emes lemon or lime Jell-O
- 1 pkg. lemon or lime pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) container light Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions

1Cook Jell-O and pudding mix with water until thick.

2Cool in pan until room temperature.

3Do not allow to set hard.

4Fold Cool Whip into mixture and pour into graham cracker crust.

5Chill and serve with lemon or lime slices on top.
