- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can kidney beans
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1In a large pot, brown turkey. Drain any excess fat. Add onion, pepper and garlic. Stir until onion changes color.

2Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
