- 1 cake mix (any flavor)
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. lite Cool Whip
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix together well the cake mix, egg and Cool Whip.

3Mixture will be pretty stiff.

4Use a tablespoon of dough and roll into ball, then roll in powdered sugar.

5Place the balls on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick coating and use the bottom of a glass to press the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
