- 1/2 c. liquid egg substitute
- 3 c. skim milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. rum or brandy flavoring
- 3 to 4 individual packets sugar substitute
- drop of yellow food coloring (optional)
- ground nutmeg
Directions

1In blender, combine egg substitute, skim milk, vanilla and rum flavorings and sugar substitute.

2If desired, add food coloring. Cover and blend on high speed until frothy.

3Chill thoroughly. Serve garnished with a sprinkling of nutmeg.

4Each 1/2 cup serving has 58 calories, 0.8 g fat and 1.9 mg cholesterol.
