- 2 whole large chicken breasts (2 lb.), halved lengthwise
- 3 c. cornflakes
- 1 tsp. dried sage, marjoram or basil, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken breasts.

2Rinse chicken and pat dry. Finely crush cornflakes (1 cup).

3Stir together cornflake crumbs, sage, marjoram or basil.

4Set aside.

5Season chicken with salt and pepper.

6Brush chicken with milk.

7Roll chicken in crumb mixture, patting to coat each side evenly.

8Place chicken, meat side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

9Bake in a 375° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until tender.
